MY FAVOURITE SONG EVER. Pol D. (3r ESO A)
My favourite song
The name of the song is “Wings”. I hear this song
long ago and the truth is that you since that day I really like.
I
like the song because it talks about basketball and basketball is my passion. Every
Saturday before the game I listen to this song to motivate myself. The song is
interpreted by two singers who are called Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. For me it
is the best song that has done this duet.
The
lyrics of the song mean very much for me because it is as if it is describing
me.
The
song treats of a seven years old child that he was charmed with basketball. One
day his mother gave him a pair of shoes of the mythical Michael Jordan. For the
child, these shoes were meaning very much because Michael Jordan was his idol. It
did not want to put the shoes for fear
that they get dirty or break. The child was practising very much to be the best
player of basketball as Jordan, he was saying that the shoes him towards
jumping very much up to touching the network. He wanted to fly how did Jordan.
The
first day that he put of the shoes to go to school, On having gone out of the college, there were three boys older than he
that the shoes stole from him.
The
child was sad, at the time his dreams went away, he was thinking that already
it could not fly, not be the best of the world.
From
this day, the new shoes that they bought him already were not the same thing.

MY FAVOURITE SONG
I don’t have a favourite song but if we have to choose one I’d choose
these two songs:
Tiësto - Wasted ft. Matthew Koma
It's one of my favourite songs because I love the
style of this music, I like this singer and this DJ, and they do an explosive
duo, the voice of the singer and the style of the music of Tiësto.
I also love the lyric; it’s so catchy, funny, and you
can sing this song a lot of times, without getting tired of listening and
singing the song. The video of this song is so funny and as soon as you see the
video you are weary of seeing it.

It is also one of my favourite songs, because it mixes
my favourite styles of the music, Hip Hop & Electronic music, I also like
this song because the DJ Borgore is one of my favourite DJ’s in the world.
The lyrics of this song are so dirty but it’s also
typically American Hip-Hop lyric.

MY FAVOURITE SONG EVER. Éric F. (3r ESO A)
MY
FAVOURITE SONG
In my life there
are a lot of songs that I really like listening, some of them to relax me,
others to make me feel happy, to help me when I am
depressed… But there’s been one that has influenced me more than the others and
that one is called “It’s Time” by Imagine Dragons. Before talking about this
song I have to say that I love other ones as “The Scientist” and “The Reason”,
but I found them too sad to explain.
First of all, I
got to say that the first time I heard this song wasn’t a long time ago, but it
really impacted me. I remember that I was watching a TV programme about
football and the journalist showed a match highlights with this song and my
reaction was like: “Oh my god, after all these years I’ve found the perfect
song”. I love it because in my opinion a person can use this song not only in
good moments and also in bad ones. It really makes me smile and feel happy and
it also makes me forget about stupid things and to love this incredible gift which
is life. After hearing it on television what I did was to ask some friends if
they knew how was it called until someone told me and I started listening it
one time and another and the same I did the next day. I couldn’t stop singing
it even in the bus! The letter is quite good and for me the best part of it is the
chorus where it says something that means that it’s time to begin, to grow up
being yourself and not try to be like another person who isn’t you and realize
that you are perfect the way you are and you don’t have to change who you are. Nowadays, I still using this song to remember
all the good times that I’ve lived since I was born and it’s just amazing, and
when I feel sad it helps me a lot and it makes me change the attitude I have
had during the day. For me, it’s like a medicine. The truth is that it is one
of those songs that I don’t get tired listening to it thousand times and it
doesn’t annoy me.
Finally, I’d
like to recommend this song to everyone without an exception because it has a
great rhythm and melody and it’s sung by an incredible voice. What I do a lot
of times is sing it loud and loud with the volume of my mobile or laptop at the
maximum.

MY FAVOURITE SONG EVER. Ruben D. (3r ESO C)
The song I want to recommend is called Surfin' Bird by The Trashmen from 1963. I discovered it years ago because it was in an episode of the animated sitcom Family Guy which I started watching when I was very young (I am still watching it today).
The song suddenly started playing on a jukebox in a 60's bar while the family was eating lunch. When Peter, the father of the family, heard it he said it was his all time favourite song and started dancing. From that moment until the end of the episode he played it hundreds of times.
When my friend and I first saw that episode we loved the song. I was nine years old and I found it awesome. The song had a fast beat and simple repetitive lyrics; it was honestly a bit stupid. It was probably the first song that I downloaded and started listening to regularly. My friend and I played that song as much as Peter did in the episode or perhaps even more.
I recommend this song because it makes you feel silly and like moving around randomly. It might also make you feel a kind of happiness and craziness that, at least for me, can bring back memories of good old times.
