THE POWER OF A SMILE

A lot of people ignore the power that a smile has. Who’s the person that smiles more? Kids are. Since we are born, we smile. It doesn’t matter what happened in kids' lives, because they always have a smile for everyone. I die every single moment that I see a baby smiling, it’s the most beautiful honest smile that I have ever seen.

A smile is the beginning of love and the universal signal of joy, kindness and happiness. And  it can make more than words, and when we smile,  our eyes smile too. When you look at someone that is sad, if you give them a smile they’re going to know that you are there for them. The first day of school or job if you see someone that gives you a smile you’re going to be happier the whole day without realizing it.

Also scientist have studies and proofs that you’re going to be healthier if you smile. The smile is something that is lost over the years. When we get older we laugh and smile less than young people. I agree with smiling and laughing therapy because it is something that we all need, and whatever had happened in your life who still have to smile, because this makes the difference in the world, don’t let that the world turn off your smile.

When you smile you’re not sure at all if your smile makes others smile too, but it’s true. The smile and laugh are contagious and I’m very happy when I remember the face of my friend laughing and smiling because of me. This and the sensation that you have when you help someone or when you can teach and express what you like with a big smile is the most grateful emotion that could have in your whole life.

THE POWER OF SMILING

According to Cambridge English Dictionary a smile means to show pleasure, amusement, etc., by turning up the corners of the mouth. However, it is actually more than that. How do people feel when smiling? Does smiling only mean happiness? I will proceed to explain below the real power of smiling.

To begin with, most people tend to feel happy when they smile. It is obvious that it is a gesture which is usually shown for the sake of reacting to a positive or cheerful moment. That is why it is universally acknowledged that whenever a photo is being taken it is usual that people smile. Nevertheless, there may be situations in which a smile has a different meaning. For instance, in order to show irony or disdain.

Furthermore, it is commonly said that smiling provides us a longer life. Experts who have researched this issue end into that conclusion. “The wider you grin and the deeper laughter lines, the more likely you are to have a long existence” it is said in one of those studies. Anyway, we might never know that for sure.

Moreover, a smile is sometimes contagious. Other researches support the following idea: “Essentially, when you see someone else smiling, your mirror neurons will stimulate a sensation within your mind that is associated with smiling. This causes you to smile yourself! This experience is effortless and immediate – contagious, if you will.” Then, it is not weird if we ever see some people laughing just because, with no other apparent reason.

In addition, the way anyone feels when smiling may be unique. Our lives need smiles so as to be happy, optimistic and motivated. There is no better emotion and it definitely makes us feel better.
To sum up, there is not anything stronger than smiling. It is usually a spontaneous gesture which makes you live through exciting moments. Besides, such a powerful movement can also be created when you are with someone who smiles, and that makes you to do so as well. To enjoy your life and to be happy, you need to smile. So, just smile.

SMILE…
And the world smiles with you

Smiling is very important, because you can always use it to express happiness, especially when you are so excited that you don’t have words. Everybody smiles, although there are people that like it more or less. When you are a child and you don’t know how to speak, you laugh and smile, and when you are an adult you also do it. Smiling has no ages or things like that. Is for everyone and it’s free.

I really like seeing people in the street smiling. Some of them are with their kids talking and smiling just because they are watching their own babies growing up, others are smiling because they are thinking about something funny, and maybe others are smiling because they just like it. And when you see them smiling, you smile with them, even if you don’t know who they are, and this is because Smiling is contagious. Give smiles to the world and the world will give them back to you. It is universal, because everyone understands it in the same way and respects it, no matter the race or gender you are.

I love writing about things like this, because as you know, I’m a very happy person, and I’m always smiling and laughing. People always say they love my smile because it transmits a lot to them, and I’m so happy to know that I can make people happy just moving a few muscles. I read in a magazine that smiling can say a lot of information of a person, so it’s pretty cool that you can start knowing a person just with their smile. I really like it because I think the smile is the most beautiful part of our body that we all have. It is very important to smile and show the others how you enjoy your life day by day.

SMILE AND THE WORLD WILL SMILE WITH YOU. Remember, you can change the world with a simple movement.

SMILE... AND THE WORLD SMILES AT YOU
Smiling is a thing that humans have been doing for ages, even when we didn’t know how to talk or how to communicate things on any other way. And that’s because, if you stop for a second and begin to think about smiling… it’s a very simple thing, but with this simple thing we can say to the people we are talking to that they can trust us, and if then they smile to us, we can know that they trust us.
But not only humans smile, in fact, all the animals smile, but they have a different way of smiling that may pass overlooked for almost all of us, the humans. Anyway, the great difference between the animals’ smiles and our smiles is that the first ones are always and, I repeat, always, sincere. And yes, you got it. I am saying that the smiles of the people are sometimes false, and they are only made to got on good with someone or also to lie and not to be caught.
But, even if we make a false smile, it’s a proved thing that smiling is very recommendable for our health, because it causes the brain to release chemicals in our body that makes us feel happier. Also that’s one of the reasons why a type of yoga called “laughter yoga” had become very popular.

In conclusion, I am not saying that making false smiles is a good thing, but the thing that I can say without any doubt is that smiling is one of the many different ways to have a good health and, in my opinion, it is one of the “easy” ways, so we must consider smiling more and trying to be more happy, so that will make people around us happier too.

Smile:

In this century smiling is not frequently. We are showing more interest in the mobile phone, social networks, technology, and we have forgotten to show our smile. A smile is able to change a tiring day into a time of joy. In many hospitals the smile is present the whole day, since it’s a great way to forget the illness. So if a person who has cancer can be smiling every day, why don’t we smile?

A smile can change a person, but there are different kinds of smiles. The feigned smile is a smile that is not sincere. This kind can sink or damage a person, because if you realize that is a feigned smile you feel deceived. The true smile is that smile that comes from the heart and makes you feel loved; this is the best smile that we can give.

To conclude, actions speak louder than words and a smile expresses a lot of things like: you please me, I am happy with you, I am glad to see you, etc. A smile is the healthiest beauty face massage, and the expression of the face is much more important than the make-up that we use or clothing or accessories that we have. It makes women more beautiful and it makes men look less ugly. So have courage and take out your best smile, you never know if with that you can change a life.

THE HIDDEN POWER OF SMILING

A smile can change the world. When people smile things get better for them, and it’s because of the hidden power of smiling. Nowadays, people don’t smile that often when they are with other people and I believe it’s a mistake, a huge mistake. What do you know about the hidden power of a smile?

Scientists can justify why we have to smile as much as we can. In their opinion, and based on different tests, when we smile our facial muscles stretch and that liberates the hormones of happiness: endorphins. So basically, even if we are happy or not, when we do the gesture of smiling, we are liberating endorphins. That’s why scientists say that smiling every day is something essential in the mental health of a person.

Besides, when you smile, the whole world smiles with you. This is a very typical quote that appears in a lot of movies, series...But actually it is certainly true. Physiologists think that when you smile you are making the others happy. That is because the neural reaction that our brains make when our eyes are watching someone smiling. It’s a mirror reaction. That’s why when someone is laughing, all the others start to laugh sometimes.

Furthermore, a smile makes you more handsome, more attractive. That is the reason why the photographers always ask for a smile. It’s because people usually look their best (and happiest) when they are smiling. A smile has the power of makes us prettier, just like the makeup.

But obviously you have to smile because it just feels really good to. When you smile you are being positive, you are disconnecting for a second, you are being more you. All the great people will always be remembered with a smile in their face, because it’s the most sincere portrait of a person. Smiling has a lot of powers, and all of them beneficial for out health. But sadly, nowadays people don’t smile that often. It seems strange to see someone smiling all the time. And it’s true it is strange. But what the other people don’t know is that person who is smiling all the time is healthy, is having a good time and is happy with his or her self. So, shall we smile?

The power of smiling

I reckon that the power of smiling surrounds us every day and everywhere. We are surrounded by things that make us laugh and smile, even if we don’t see those things, we have people who make us happy.

Since we are young, our society teaches us that a mental mature person, a supposed role model, is always a serious person.  Then, when someone grows up and becomes serious and realist, that person thinks it’s mature. But, is this true? I don’t think so, the most successful person could be the person who laughs the most and maybe this person could have arrived where it is thanks to his smile.

The smile is possibly the most contagious movement in the society. If someone sees you smiling, probably he will smile as an answer to your smile. We smile if we feel good or we are happy and this happiness and well-being can be transmitted between people only with a glance. With this power, people have the chance to make other people forget its sadness and to cheer up their day.

The power of smiling can make us live longer or break the ice in an uncomfortable situation. It is demonstrated that a smile is not just simple face movement, it is a great weapon that can make all us live better.
